Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process.
We specialize in convenience. All orders are delivered directly to your hotel within 24 hours of purchase.
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver to all major hotels within Darjeeling, Gangtok, Kalimpong, and Pelling.
- Delivery Time: Your souvenirs will arrive at your hotel reception within 24 hours. You will be notified upon delivery.
- Cost: Shipping is free for all orders over INR2000. For orders under INR2000, a flat rate of INR150 applies.
- Process: Simply provide your hotel name and room number during checkout. We'll handle the rest!
Step 1: Contact Us
First, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method
Option A: Return from Your Hotel
If you are still at your hotel, simply leave the securely packaged item(s) at the front desk/reception. We will arrange a free pickup within 24 hours.
Option B: Return After Your Trip
If you have already left the delivery city, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you. Please ensure the return is booked and processed within the 7-day window.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within three business days.
